Arriving in Berlin after 21 hours of flying. Proud of my girls. They were troopers. British Airlines remains my favorite way to fly to Europe. Service, attention to detail, all-inclusive billing, seats with legroom. Take a hint, United! Seattle-London was uneventful. London-Berlin was efficient. Strange to be welcomed to Germany in English before German. Olivia noticed the German efficiency. I have to agree: the U.S. is being left behind by other countries in providing outstanding customer service.
